The Fine Print
Users
Every hosting package has at least three admin accounts included, which double-up as email mailboxes (see POP Email below). This means that there can be a number of users that can be working on different areas of your online business at any one time.
POP Email
We include email hosting for 10 users for most plans (you can setup an unlimited number of aliases for each mailbox). Each email mailbox has a 100MB disk space limit.
Email Notifications
You'll receive email notifications whenever a customer enquires or shops on your website, free of charge. Of course you can manage and customize these to suit your needs via Workflow options.
SMS Notifications
Every hosting package includes a number of SMS notifications. You can increase this number by purchasing SMS packs.
Disk Space
Every one of our plans has a generous disk space limit, to host your images, flash files and javascript.
Bandwidth
Our hosting packages come with a massive 1TB/month of bandwidth traffic. In our experience it's unlikely that you will exceed this limit.

You can get support through a variety of avenues - online help and training videos. Also, you can call us or email us at any time.
